Hello; I am Iain Balmain.
In 2007, my life changed in ways I could never have imagined. I had been working in London’s financial district as a trader and property renovator when I experienced a profound spiritual awakening:
Something inside me suddenly woke up and I found myself being able to see people’s auras with its many different colors and also in to their energy system, as I later discovered.
I would meet strangers and somehow know all about their lives, past lives in particular and those that were holding them back in some way, subconsciously. I was later to learn just how complex this area is and how it affects the Ego structure, especially regarding internal fear and past trauma. I was then shown how to release these issues, energetically.
My experience was unnerving in the beginning, but somehow, I knew it was all a matter of fate and had opened up a new area of my life, that had long been a part of me, waiting for the right moment. Shortly afterwards, I started perceiving earth energies which took me in to space clearance and exorcism work.
This extraordinary experience opened my eyes to a larger world and finally brought abundance and fulfillment to my life, in a way that nothing else could. It enabled me to enhance my intuition and harness abilities I always knew I possessed, on a subconscious level but now making practical use of them, which sat well with me, being a hands on personality.
A year later, I decided to dedicate my life to helping others find the same professional and personal satisfaction of inner development and insight. I left the city and pursued my calling. I have been working in the spiritual or esoteric world ever since.
Over the years, I have worked with an eclectic array of spiritual experts and gurus. My insight into how things really work on the other side is therefore unique and all embracing. I am extremely fortunate to have achieved the depth of realization and insight I now possess.
Combining this with a business background in finance and property has made for a unique and powerful combination. I have used my visionary insight to help people in all areas of their lives, for over 10 years: CEO’s, the self employed, small and medium sized business owners, entrepreneurs, property developers, head hunters, bankers, actors, the bereaved, along with many, many others.
I can help you find clarity and solutions to your problems. I can also help you find a new direction. If nothing else, it’s always good to have your intuition confirmed from a third party.

Space Clearing
Shortly after my awakening in 2007, I started seeing earth energies and how they interacted with property and therefore affecting the people living in them. I have since trained with some of the best in the industry and of course, been shown much through guidance.
Typical cases have included surviving personalities that were causing problems for inhabitants and a few where sites had previously been used for ancient ceremonial magic, or had a troubled past. Rectories are a typical example, as are other old houses.
One case in particular occurred in Chelsea, London – where a property had been on the market for nearly a year and had been recently refurbished, so was well presented. The price was right too and market conditions were good. Somehow, no offers were forth coming. The feedback kept coming in as ‘It just doesn’t feel right’. I was called in to investigate and discovered very dark energy being present. I set about doing a deep cleanse, leaving the property feeling entirely different.
Two offers came in three days later, at asking price. The flat was quickly sold.
Having an energetically harmonious environment is key for success and wellbeing. Dark energy under houses and offices or polluted energetic lines passing through property can really affect health, as well as personal performance, especially when it comes to finances.
If you are not properly keyed in to a house energetically too, it is quite typical that relationships and abundance in all areas of life will suffer.
Geomancy/space clearing and exorcisms is quite an area of expertise for me. I do it at a very deep level and don’t normally need to visit a site, unless under exceptional circumstances.
